PRESS RELEASE: United eWay is pleased to announce that Seabrooks, Inc. will be expanding its outstanding customer support to Volunteer Solutions customers effective March 1, 2006!
Seabrooks, Inc. has been a partner of United eWay and United Way organizations for the past 13 years providing both customized software solutions and customer support.
Seabrooks' reputation for outstanding customer support and dedication to our technology led to their involvement with United eWay in 2000. Since then Seabrooks has been contracted to provide Quality Assurance testing, User Documentation, and Administrative support to United eWay's Online Pledge Processing System and Agency Catalog Management System.
