While we’re a software company, it’s really about the relationships we develop with our ‘Seabrooks family’ members. We’re committed to giving them the tools and support necessary to make an impact in their community, as well as making their lives a little brighter.

Quick Question, Quick Answer

In May, United Way of York County reached out to the support desk for help. One of their staff had a question about e-CImpact’s new Advanced Reporting Tool. She needed to pull a report with information about the agencies they fund, but couldn’t get the name of their Board Chair to show. Within 20 minutes she received an answer and was able to finish her report.

Always There When You Need Us

Like many of the organizations Seabrooks supports, the staff at United Way of Indian River County are very busy. They juggle a lot of projects and host three other funders on their e-CImpact system. Occasionally they need assistance with a time-sensitive task and rely on our support desk to get them what they need, when they need it.

Making More Possible

Aloha United Way was trying to tackle an old issue in a new way. Their statewide Homeless Initiative needed the right data to answer questions about who was seeking services and the effectiveness of their partners providing the needed services. They turned Seabrooks to help them capture, analyze and communicate data in new ways.

“The initiative has been hugely successful and a part of that was the ease in reporting and having real-time data. That was made possible with Seabrooks’ i-CResults system.” said Marc Gannon, Vice President of Community Impact at Aloha United Way, HI.
