Seabrooks Welcomes New Director of Business Development and Innovation, Stacey Gillette
PRESS RELEASE: Kalaheo, HI – Seabrooks is excited to announce a new member has joined our team!
Stacey Gillette started this month as the Director of Business Development and Innovation. Stacey brings more than 15 years of experience in public and private grant management and program evaluation, including nearly 10 years at the City of Tacoma in Washington State. As the Human Services Manager there, she implemented Seabrooks’ e-CImpact System to help improve their grant management process, which funds over 80 programs annually.
“When I learned about e-CImpact, I was really excited to bring it to the City of Tacoma. Funders are stewards of valuable community resources intended to help those most in need. e-CImpact allowed us to streamline our process to make it more efficient for programs while maintaining a high level of accountability and transparency. Now I have an opportunity to help other funders across the country do the same!”
Stacey most recently served as the Keiki to Career Coordinator in Kauai, Hawaii to help a network of more than 50 community partners launch a Collective Impact Initiative to improve college and career readiness. She worked with partners to identify and develop shared measurements to assess community-level change in the initiative’s four focus areas. Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and enjoys her free time with her husband Tim and their 8 year old daughter Lauren.
With her extensive background and passion for community development, Stacey will offer e-CImpact and i-C Results customers additional support with design, implementation and performance assessment of their system. She will also assist funders interested in measuring collective impact set up a shared measurement system through i-C Results, Seabrooks’ new outcomes reporting system.
Seabrooks is very excited to welcome Stacey to our team and offer this enhanced service to our valued customers!
