Seabrooks Welcomes New Implementation Director & Customer Support Specialist to the Team

Seabrooks is thrilled to welcome Mary Beth Lawler to the team in the role of Implementation Director & Customer Support Specialist.

Mary Beth brings over seventeen years of experience building and cultivating relationships across various community sectors at the Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) in Phoenix, Arizona. In her role there as the system administrator for e-CImpact and i-CResults, she worked closely with over 2,500 agencies to help improve their data collection. Ms. Lawler is no stranger to providing first class support to agencies using e-CImpact; she graciously managed a high volume of customer support and implementation needs for VSUW partners and collaborating agencies during her time there.

Mary Beth is driven by her passion to continually encourage others to explore alternatives and inspire them to see the possibilities of process improvement. Knowledgeable, proficient and passionate, that’s just the tip of the iceberg when describing her.

“Strong data collection tools lead to a solid focus of change that can increase donor revenue and enable organizations to make a larger impact on the community,” she explains, “I look to build rapport with everyone I work with and build trust to ensure they are loyal and satisfied customers for life”.
