This collaborative spirit led to a landmark year in 2025. We integrated dozens of new features into e-CImpact and i-CResults, ranging from a total interface refresh to critical security upgrades. We’re proud to say that our upgrades were direct responses to the real-world needs of our users. We focused on the user experience because we know a tool is only effective if it is easy to use and we prioritized security because we know the data you manage represents the trust of your community.

We are more energized than ever. Our roadmap for 2026 is ambitious and we can’t wait to show you what else we have in store for the months ahead!
