Storing files here creates an expansive, permanent digital library for every partner. This makes it easy to see who is ready for funding and whose records are out of date, without digging around across processes and profiles to collect and verify.

The new Compliance module is built to handle different types of documents based on your needs:

•  Permanent Files: For documents that never change, like an IRS determination letter, agencies upload them once and never have to deal with them again.
•  Annual Renewals: For items that expire, such as audits or insurance, you can set specific due dates. This allows you to see who is “in compliance” at a glance.
• Specific Assignments: You can choose which agencies see which requirements. This keeps the dashboard clean for everyone else and makes tailored compliance specifications a breeze!

This feature is designed to save time for everyone involved. For Administrative Site Users, files stay organized in one place, making reviews and audits much faster. For Agency Site Users, this removes a repetitive hurdle, allowing them to spend less time on paperwork and more time on their community work.

Setting this up is simple: create your Compliance Types, assign the agencies that need them, and set your deadlines. It is a straightforward way to stay organized and keep your focus on the big picture.
