Seabrooks Welcomes New Customer Support Specialist to the Team

Welcome the newest Seabrooks team member dedicated to your success

What do you get when you mix determination to make a difference, enthusiasm for ever-evolving efficiencies, and a passion for supporting people who are supporting their communities?

You get the newest member of the Seabrooks team, Customer Support Specialist, Nicolas Lemus.

Nicolas’ nonprofit experience, providing direct service to community members experiencing homelessness, paired with his customer service experience, gives Nicolas unique insight into the work of the organizations Seabrooks serves and how to assist them.

Nicolas believes “…going home at the end of the day, having made a tangible difference for someone, is very rewarding. I am excited to make a difference for nonprofits working hard to support their neighbors thanks to e-CImpact.”

When Nicolas is not writing, reading, and spending time with family, you will soon be able to find him providing technical support to the wonderful organizations Seabrooks is honored to serve.
